Terms of Use

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create or use a DawatFit account. DawatFit uses a self-declared date of birth and Apple's available age-range signal to apply its adults-only rule. These methods are not identity or age verification.

The first terminal eligibility result is permanent for that account identity. An ineligible account has no access to wellness guidance or subscription purchase, but can sign out, manage the account, or request deletion. A person who later becomes eligible must delete that identity and create a new account.

The service

DawatFit provides daily weigh-in, meal-selection, meal-logging, estimated nutrition totals, next-action, subscription, and account controls for adults. Features, meal choices, and availability may change as the service is improved, secured, or maintained.

General wellness information

DawatFit provides general fitness and nutrition information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prevention, treatment, or emergency care and does not replace a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional. DawatFit is unsuitable for decisions about a disease, medication, eating disorder, pregnancy, allergy, or other medical condition. Seek qualified care for personal health needs.

Calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, portions, and meal-fit descriptions are estimates based on generic recipes and nutrition records. Actual food, brands, preparation, substitutions, and serving sizes vary. Results and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Ingredient and common-allergen information is not an allergen-safety guarantee. Review actual product labels, ingredients, preparation, shared equipment, and cross-contact risk. DawatFit is not a source of individualized allergy or medical-dietary guidance.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and devices, and notify support if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.

You may not:

• use DawatFit if you are under 18 or attempt to bypass the age restriction;
• access another person's account or share verification codes or credentials;
• interfere with security, rate limits, authentication, purchases, or service operation;
• reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits;
• upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing material; or
• use the service to provide medical diagnosis or treatment to another person.

Auto-renewable subscription

DawatFit Pro Monthly provides continued access to paid DawatFit features. The launch offer is a one-month auto-renewable subscription with no free trial and Family Sharing disabled. Apple's purchase screen shows the exact localized price and billing period before confirmation. The approved United States launch price is $4.99 per month before any applicable tax.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel at Apple's subscription management page.
• Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not remove access before the paid entitlement expires.
• Restore Purchases can restore an eligible Apple purchase. Access depends on Apple's transaction state and the RevenueCat entitlement associated with the signed-in DawatFit account.
• Refund requests and billing decisions are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Account deletion

A signed-in user can request account deletion in Settings. Deletion is designed to remove the authentication identity, live DawatFit account data, and linked RevenueCat customer, while retaining only the limited records described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting the DawatFit account or app does not cancel an Apple subscription and does not erase records controlled by Apple. Cancel separately through Apple to stop renewal.

License and ownership

DawatFit and its original software, design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Zarif Ahmed or their respective licensors. If you comply with these terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use DawatFit for its intended purpose on Apple devices you own or control.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the licensed iOS app. These Terms govern the DawatFit account and service. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA for the licensed application, Apple's Standard EULA controls that conflict.

Availability and account action

We may maintain, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with platform or legal requirements, address misuse, or operate the service. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may stop using DawatFit at any time and may request deletion in Settings.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DawatFit is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free data, a specific health or fitness result, or that estimated nutrition matches a particular prepared meal. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zarif Ahmed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from DawatFit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply where you live. A dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives a right that cannot be waived by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as DawatFit or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated. Material changes will receive an appropriate in-app, website, or email notice before they take effect when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, except where affirmative consent is required.
